Pharmaciens Sans Frontière - Suisse
Pharmaciens Sans Frontières (Switzerland) wanted to conduct a pilot project to test tools to facilitate the exchange of information and medicine within their network of partners. The aim was to set up simple tools to facilitate handling. They also wanted to cut costs to keep the resources for a second phase of improvement at the end of the pilot project.
Within weeks, we developed a system of posts on a platform with access restricted to network members. With the help of a very short and sleek form, members can post requests or offers of drugs and information. A notification system allows users to be informed without having to regularly visit the platform. On the platform, each user has privileged access to the messages he has written or to which he has responded. They can also view all posts.
