Our team

Kian Rieben

Co-founder of Inovae, Kian Rieben is responsible of our consulting and analysis services.  With an anthropological approach of modern technologies, his expertise allows our clients to benefit from a direct support while integrating their new project in the culture and environnement of their organization.   This allows us to be sure that the project will actually be responding to the real needs of it's users, by taking their expectations into account.

The analysis methods that come from the social sciences world allow us to get a clear objective view of all the aspects and challenges of a project and respond to those with the adequate strategy.  Defining the needs of the client and those of your users and team members, analysing the actual workflows in your organization, ergonomical tool conception based on real life analysis and feedback, those are all challenges that require going a step further than technical design and architecture.

Alexis Dufresne

His Drupal expertise, built over the last 3 years, allows to architect technical projects, optimise the planning and iterations of development et to orientate all the technical choices considering the needs of the client and the evolution of Drupal itself, as well.
